Access ban request

You can apply for an access ban for casinos in France.
To apply for an access ban, please call round to a local Judicial Police station. The ban stays in force for at least 3 years and is applicable throughout France.  
Access bans cannot be applied for by letter or by phone.
Below you will find the contact details of the Judicial Police – Races and Games section (Home Office). This section has oversight of games of chance (Nord, Pas-de-Calais, Somme, Aisne and Oise departments).

When the application arrives, the judicial police will open an application case file. This case file is addressed to the "Direction des libertés publiques et des affaires juridiques – Bureau de la prévention et de la protection sociale" in Paris.
The name of the individual concerned is subsequently entered on the ban list. This list is confidential and is sent out to all casinos and local Judicial Police stations on a monthly basis.
 
 
Access ban cancellation

To cancel an access ban application, please send a request to the "Direction des libertés publiques et des affaires juridiques – Bureau de la prévention et de la protection sociale," for the attention of Mrs Marise Van den Bussche.
